Eunique La-Starr Atkinson, 34, of 419 Clay St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:32 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at 419 Clay St. with second-degree harassment. She is accused of throwing a cup of hot coffee on vehicle belonging to Lindsey M. Robbins, 22, with Robbins sitting in the driver’s seat with the window down resulting in Coffee getting on Robbins’ body and insider he vehicle at about 1:15 p.m. Oct. 26 at 409 Clay St., according to court documents. She is summoned to appear Nov. 30 in City Court.
Heather L. Collins, 33, of 15681 Archer Road, Copenhagen, was charged by Watertown police at 10:46 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1030 Arsenal St. with second-degree burglary, a felony, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny in connection with an incident reported Dec. 13, 2021, in the city of Watertown. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in Jefferson County Court. Police did not provide further details of the arrest.
Michael J. Desormeau, 33, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He is accused of entering a vehicle belonging to James Kroeger, 42, and stole $18 in cash from inside the vehicle at about 3:28 p.m. Oct. 30 at 152 Court St., according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Dec. 1 in City Court.
Jonathon M. Pannell, 25, of 234 Coffeen St., Apt. 2A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:21 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, in the 200 block of Washington Street with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. Mr. Pannell is accused of yelling profanities towards a group of individuals as well as police officers, according to court documents. He also allegedly approached officers in an aggressive manner and was told to step away, police said. An officer placed his hand on Pannell’s chest to ask him to back away and Pannell shoved the officer’s hand away, according to court documents. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Nov. 29 in City Court.
Howard J. Simpson, 43, of 620 State St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:08 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at 102 Katherine St. with aggravated driving while intoxicated and improper left turn. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more. Police did not provide his BAC. He is summoned to appear Dec. 1 in City Court.
Joshua M. Casario, 25, of 12549 Jefferson County Lane, Adams Center, was charged by Watertown police at 10:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, in the 300 block of Howk Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe turn / failure to signal. He is summoned to appear Dec. 8 in City Court.
Kimberly A. Gumm, 41, of 22116 County Route 3, LaFargeville, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. She was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Stephanie L. Douglas, 44, Watertown, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. She was being held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
Cory L. Babcock, 44, of 21395 White Road, Glen Park, was arrested at 10:33 Friday, Nov. 12, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
Everton A. Johnson, 26, of 15054 NYS Route 37, Apt. 122, Massena, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held pending arraignment in City Court.

Kody M. Hall, 26, Carthage, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, on Second Road in the town of Croghan with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop. “Deputies report that Hall was operating a 2020 Hyundai Elantra when a traffic stop was initiated for a traffic infraction. Upon further investigation, Hall appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests on scene. He was transported to the Public Safety Building where he registered a 0.16 percent alcohol content,” deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is summoned to appear in Croghan Town Court at a later date.
