Watertown Police Department:

Mark D. Eastman, 48, of 110 Commerce Park Dr., Room 112, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct. Mr. Eastman is accused of “placing his feet in a fighting stance and clenched his fist while while pulling it back as if he was going to strike another male,” at about 9:47 p.m. Tuesday at the tavern, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Oct. 24 in City Court.

Brooke E. Yeoman, 21, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 501, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 911 Salina St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief. She is accused of intentionally damaging an Apple iPhone 6 valued at $179.99 belonging to Noah S. Burgos, 20, when she threw it to the ground three times causing it to break at about 10:44 a.m. Tuesday at his residence, police said. She was held for arraignment Tuesday afternoon in City Court.

On 9/29/18 at 5:19 p.m., Dianne M. Dunn, 58, of 680 CR 10, Lot 25, Pennellville, NY was operating a 2007 Dodge pickup reportedly backing out of a parking spot at 688 CR 10 in the Town of Schroeppel, ½ mile north of CR 12, when the vehicle collided with a 2005 Dodge parked and unattended registered to Mary M. Moffett, 46, of 3644 Peterboro Rd., Oneida, NY.  Ms. Dunn was issued UTT’s for Unsafe Backing and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.

On 10/4/18 at 1:43 a.m., Caroline E. Smith, 19, of 2588 US RT 11, Apt. 15, Parish, NY was charged with Registration Suspended and Operating MV w/o Insurance following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico.  Ms. Smith is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/6/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

On 10/8/18 at 2:41 p.m., Patrick W. Bareham, 22, of 1772 Center Road, Scipio Center, NY was operating a 2005 Subaru north on SR 104 at the intersection with Blythe Rd., in the Town of Hannibal, when the vehicle collided with a 2004 Pontiac traveling south and being operated by Matthew R. Bond, 51, of 117 Holiday Lane, Canandaigua, NY.  Mr. Bareham was issued a UTT for Failure to Keep Right.

On 10/9/18 at 9:14 a.m., Michael E. Belen, 27, of 148 West Cayuga Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Operating a Loaned Vehicle w/o Ignition Interlock Device, a class A misdemeanor and AUO, third-degree following the investigation into a parole violation in the City of Oswego.  Mr. Belen is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/8/18 in the City of Oswego Court.

On 10/9/18 at 1:20 p.m., Michelle L. Petrie, 48, of 855 Red Schoolhouse Rd., Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on CR 4 in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Petrie is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/5/18 in the Town of Palermo Court.

On 10/9/18 at 1:35 p.m., Richard J. Cronce, 51, of 638 Lansing Street, Watertown, NY was charged with AUO, second-degree; Operating MV w/o Ignition Interlock Device, a class A misdemeanor; No License and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on I81 south in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Cronce was arraigned in the Town of New Haven Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $100 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to Town of Mexico Court on 10/9/18.

On 10/9/18 at 2:57 p.m., Steven M. Bonner, 32, of 601 Division Street, Apt. 1, Fulton, NY was arrested for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, second-degree, a class B misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly tattooed the victim of which is less than seventeen years of age. Mr. Bonner is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/25/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 10/9/18 at 9:37 p.m., John M. Holbrook, 50, of 3134 CR 2, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, fourth-degree, a class E felony and Criminal Mischief, second-degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Richland where he allegedly directed trees to be cut on a property owned by Oswego County without permission then received cash for said trees and intentionally damaging the property. Mr. Holbrook was arraigned in the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail due to two prior felonies.  He is scheduled to return to the Town of Richland Court on 10/17/18.

Lewis County Sheriff’s Office:

On Oct. 8, 2018, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of property being withheld from its owner at 6832 Pine Grove Road in the town of Watson. Upon investigation, it was determined that Christine Z. Lally, 65, had refused to return a laptop to its owner because of an alleged debt, deputies said. Lally was warned that if she did not return the laptop she would be arrested however she refused and was subsequently placed under arrest, deputies said. Lally physically resisted arrest and was uncooperative with patrols. Lally was transported to the Lewis County Public Safety Building where she refused to provide any identification including her date of birth. She was charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. Lally was arraigned in Watson Town Court and released pending further court action.
