Watertown Police Department:
Harold E. Pearson, 42, of 1119 Gill St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at 123 S. Meadow St. with second-degree harassment. Mr. Pearson is accused of throwing a paper bag containing a burger at Mary Baslow, 38, striking her in the back of her head during a domestic incident at about 2:44 a.m. Friday at 123 S. Meadow St., police said. He was being held pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Cameron S. Paris, 28, of 523 Curtis St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at his residence with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. Mr. Paris is accused of stealing $2,530 from Nieema S. Hinds, 21, of 510 Curtis St., when he received the deposit amount for a construction job and then over the course of approximately one month failed to start the work or refund the victim back her money. He is summoned to appear Sept. 25 in City Court.
James R. Hierholzer, 47, of 317 TenEyck St., Watertown, and Gay A. Arnaudville, 42, homeless, were each charged by Watertown police at 7:41 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 639 Emerson St. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They are each accused of possessing three glassine envelopes containing heroin at about 7:34 p.m. Thursday at 639 Emerson St., according to court documents. They were each being held on $250 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
John R. Sugrue, 82, of 142 Mechanic St., Apt. 609, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 142 Mechanic St. with second-degree harassment. Mr. Sugrue is accused of throwing water from a bottle on Jeph N. Smith, 57, during a verbal altercation while threatening to him at about 6:00 p.m. Sept. 15 at 142 Mechanic St., police said. He is summoned to appear Oct. 17 in City Court.
Joshua M. Beardslee, 32, of 337 Arlington St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny. Mr. Beardslee is accused of stealing two A&W root beer sodas valued at $3.62 when he exited The General Store, 816 Bradley St., without attempting to pay for the items at about 11:40 a.m. May 26, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Oct. 3 in City Court.

On 9/20/18 at 11:27 a.m., Kenneth A. Hobart Jr., 34, of 617 Erie Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, fourth-degree (Felony conviction in 2006), a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Oswego where he was allegedly found to be in possession of a rifle. Mr. Hobart is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/1/18 in the Town of Oswego Court.
On 9/20/18 at 3:29 p.m., Steven F. Hutchinson Sr., 51, of 50 W Myers Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested at the Oswego County Public Safety Center based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Minetto Court. Mr. Hutchinson was arraigned in the Town of Minetto Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court on 10/26/18. At the same time, Mr. Hutchinson was charged with AUO, second-degree and was arraigned in Minetto Town Court on the charge and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond with a return to T/O Scriba Court on 9/20/18.
On 9/20/18 at 7:59 p.m., Jesse DD Cali, 23, of 1195 CR 3, Hannibal, NY was operating a 2005 Chevrolet west on CR 3 in the Town of Hannibal, 500 feet west of Muck Drive, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the north side of the roadway then travel across the road and exit the south shoulder of the road and overturn. Mr. Cali was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. He was issued a UTT for Driving Across Hazard Markings. Driver distraction seems to have been a contributing factor.

Angela M. Poff, 43, Theresa, was charged by state police at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny in connection with an incident reported Sept. 14 at Walmart in the town of Watertown. Mackey J. West, 52, Watertown, was charged by state police at 12:29 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 1708 Ohio St. with pett larceny in connection with the same incident. They are both summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court at a later date.
Bryan C. Walsemann, 36, Carthage, was charged by state police at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 620 West St. in Carthage with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Chelcie C. Ennis, 26, Watertown, was charged by state police at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and petit larceny.
Walsemann and Ennis are accused of stealing a 2015 Toyota Camry from the owner’s driveway on Cemetery Road in Rutland, NY, and then driving the stolen vehicle to the Walmart store on Route 11 in the town of LeRay, troopers said. Both suspects were captured on security store video leaving the store with a $200 Bissell vacuum without paying, troopers said. Walsemann was arraigned in town of Philadelphia Court and was remanded to the Jefferson County Jail on $20,000 cash bail/ $40,000 bond. Ennis was arraigned in the town of Watertown Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Jail on $3,000 cash bail/ $6,000 bond.
William J. Vivyan, 55, DeKalb Junction, was charged by state police at 12:53 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 25600 Route 342 in the town of LeRay with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Joshua E. Bonno, 32, Colton, was charged by state police at 9:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 407 Irish Settlement Road in the town of Pierrepont with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is summoned to appear in Pierrepont Town Court.
