Notice of Potential COVID-19 Exposure

Where: Busters Sports Bar & Restaurant, 1130 Railroad St, Ogdensburg
Date: Friday, October 23rd 2020
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Individuals who were dining at Busters Sports Bar & Restaurant at the above location during the day and time listed have a potential risk of exposure to COVID-19.

If you believe you were present at this location on Friday, October 23rd between 6:30pm –7:30pm it is recommended that you be tested for COVID-19 and monitor how you feel.

Please monitor your temperature twice a day for 14 days. Call your healthcare provider for further guidance if you develop the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscles or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. Tell your provider that you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
