Sandra J. Dudley, 71, Watertown

WATERTOWN, NY — Sandra J. Dudley, 71, Watertown, wife of Larry Dudley, passed away Monday, July 15, at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Calling hours are 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 19, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home
followed by a Service of Remembrance beginning at 6 pm.

Sandy is survived by her husband Larry; her 5 children Paula (Ralph) Ashley, Lafayette, Todd A. (Laura), Hermantown, MN, Kimberly Dudley (Barry Zimmer), Watertown, Carol J. Molinari (Phil Mitchell), Ogdensburg, Patrick (Jennifer) Dudley, Salem, NH; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; her sister Joanne (George) Seaman, Watertown; 2 brothers Chuck (Melody) Gregory and James (Gloria) Gregory, all of Florida; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and
nephews.

Sandy was predeceased by her parents Roswell and Beverly and a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Donald Wischoff.

Born Sept. 11, 1947, in Watertown, a daughter to Roswell and Beverly Ames Gregory, she was a 1965 graduate of Watertown High School.

She married Larry J. Dudley on April 9, 1966, at Emmanuel Congregational Church with Rev. Graham Hodges officiating.

Sandy was a sign language interpreter through Jefferson County BOCES at various schools in the district for several years. She later went to work as a typist for the Jefferson County Probation Department for 10 years until retiring.

She enjoyed four wheeling with her husband at their camp on the Tug Hill. She enjoyed traveling, visiting and spending time with her grandchildren, scratching lottery tickets and casinos.
