UTICA, NY — Sandra Lettiere, 65, passed away at 11:00 p.m. Nov.16, 2022, at the Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Health in Utica. She was a former resident of Bugbee Apartments on Washington Street in Watertown.
Amongst her survivors, is her brother Jim, of Clayton.
