SLC deputies: Man’s BAC was 0.38%

WADDINGTON, NY —  Arron L. Latray, no age provided, 1768 County Route 44, Waddington, was charged on Wednesday, Jan. 27, on County Route 44 in the town of Waddington with aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to stop at a stop sign and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

His blood alcohol content was 0.38 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.

He is summoned to appear in Waddington Town Court at a later date.
