WATERTOWN, NY – A spring burial for Carl A. Cousins will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2023, in North Watertown Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered.
Carl passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022, at Samaritan Medical Center. He was 75 years old.
