LOWVILLE, NY –– A Celebration of Life service for Victor D. Steria, 52, of Keystone Heights, Florida, and formerly of Lowville, will be held noon Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the Martinsburg Fire Department.
Victor passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at University of Florida, Shands Hospital, Gainesville, FL.
