CANTON, NY — To date, April 9, 2020, the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department has identified 82 (eighty-two) positive COVID-19 cases in St. Lawrence County.
Of those cases, 28 (twenty eight) have completed mandatory isolation (the term used for quarantine by the Public Health Department when someone tests positive).
4 (four) cases are currently hospitalized.

The number of cases continues to rise in St. Lawrence County. It is imperative that all county residents follow the recommendations to practice social distancing, wear masks when in public or when out around others, and stay home unless going out for essential needs. This is a challenging time—the goal of these recommendations is to keep everyone safe and healthy.
