As of Wednesday, September 9:

4 (four) new cases of COVID-19 were reported to the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department today, bringing the total number of confirmed positive cases to-date to 300 (three hundred)

278 (two hundred and seventy eight) cases have been released from isolation*

2 (two) cases are hospitalized.
