DEXTER, NY — Stanley Joseph (Joe) Wojtarowicz, 81, passed away Wednesday, Aug, 18, 2021, in Syracuse, NY at the Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, where he had been a patient for approximately two weeks.
