WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Anthony L. Brown, 59, of 2215 S. State St., Syracuse, was charged by Watertown police at 9:39 pm. Saturday, Sept. 14, in the 900 block of Arsenal Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation.
His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 25 in City Court.
