WATERTOWN, NY — Justin M. Petterson, 17, of 509 Stone St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, July 28, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Petterson is accused of punching his left hand through a window in the a front door causing the glass to break during a domestic incident at about 8:05 p.m. Friday, July 27, at 509 State St., according to court documents. The door belongs to Melissa A. Consilvio, 39, Watertown, police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
