WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown’s Department of Public Works crews will be in the process of paving the 100 & 200 Block of Bellew Avenue between Arsenal Street and Coffeen Street.
The paving portion of this project will begin Tuesday, July 3, 2018 @ 7:00am.
Bellew Ave will be reduced to 1 lane of traffic during this portion and motorists are asked to please use an alternate route for the duration of the project. Public Works crews will install temporary barricades, signage and have flagmen on-site throughout the duration of the project.
Local residents should make arrangements to park on nearby side streets while this work is underway. Public Works crews will follow standard protocol to establish traffic control on-site while the project is underway. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes on these dates. If traveling through, motorists should exercise caution when encountering work crews and work zones.
