WATERTOWN, NY — As part of the construction work for the City’s ongoing Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Streetscape Project, spring work will be resuming beginning April 3, 2023 on Court St. There will be intermittent delays while the work is completed, and additional notices will be given when street closures are expected.
The City’s contractor will follow standard protocol to establish traffic control by installing temporary barricades, signage, and having on-site flagmen throughout the duration of the project. The City of Watertown thanks you for your patience and understanding during the construction process.
The City will continue to make every effort to keep affected project areas open during construction.
However, as the project progresses, short segments of roadway and sidewalk will continue to be subject to temporary closure as project needs may warrant.
