WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown’s Department of Public Works will be performing sewer repairs requiring the 500 block of LeRay Street to be closed to traffic between West Main Street and West Lynde Street beginning Monday morning, November 22, 2021 at 7:30AM. Work is expected to be completed by 10:00am.
Both north bound and south bound traffic will be detoured around the work area.
Public Works crews will follow standard protocol to establish traffic control by installing temporary barricades, signage, and having on-site flagmen throughout the duration of the project.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction. If in this area, motorists should exercise extreme caution when encountering work crews and work zones.
