WATERTOWN, NY —Â Please be advised that State Route 12E at Millens Bay in Jefferson County will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, September 16. The closure is to allow for the replacement of the culvert carrying State Route 12E.
An off-site detour utilizing County Route 8 and County Route 4 as well as State Route 12E has been signed for travelers. All local roads will remain open during construction. Work is expected to be complete later this year.
