WATERTOWN, NY — Please be advised that crews will begin milling operations on US Route 11 in Calcium, Jefferson County between the CSX underpass and I-781 (Fort Drum Connector) beginning Tuesday, July 9, with work expected to be complete by Wednesday, July 17.
Motorists traveling through the work zone should expect traffic controlled by flaggers and should also expect minor delays.
Motorists are urged to slow down and safely move over when approaching roadside vehicles displaying red, white, blue, amber or green lights, including maintenance and construction vehicles in work zones.
