WATERTOWN, NY —Â Al-Tawan R. Alston, 30, of 19655 Sweet St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 12:26 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at 309 Mill St., with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Alston allegedly continue to yell at police officer and a third party he was attempting to engage in a physical fight, according to court documents.
Thomas P. Wimbley, 28, of 309 Mill St., Apt. 407, Watertown, was cited at 12:24 a.m. Saturday at 309 Mill St. with disorderly conduct after continuing to yell at another male while stating he was going to fight him police said.
Both men are summoned to appear in August in City Court.
