Two Watertown women accused of punching another, trespassing

WATERTOWN, NY —  Crystle L. Robinson, 31, and Maryann Lynn Robinson, 30, both of 328 Clay St., Apt. 1, Watertown, were each charged by Watertown police at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, May 22, at 328 Clay St. with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Both women are accused of entering the residence of Janice Rivera, 802 Franklin St., Apt. 3, without permission and punched her multiple times in the head at about 10:20 p.m. May 18, according to court documents.

Both women are summoned to appear Aug. 24 in City Court.

Damien T. Finnegan, 23, of 24554 Perch Lake Road, Watertown, was charged by 7:29 p.m. Saturday, May 22, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree criminal trespass in connection with the same incident. He is also accused of entering Ms. Rivera’s apartment without permission, police said.

Finnegan is also ordered to appear Aug. 24 in City Court to answer the charge.
