WATERTOWN, NY — Ashley M. Galan, 24, of 2527 Alexandria Meadows, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:29 p.m. Sunday, June 10, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of leaving a 3-year-old girl unattended for an undisclosed amount of time which allowed the child to wake up and exit the residence, police said. She is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
