Update: CitiBus Transit Service

 The health, safety, and well-being of our passengers, employees, and the
communities we serve is our top priority.

 As of Tuesday, April 01, 2020, all CitiBus routes will be running their normal
schedules.

 CitiBus is prioritizing service for employment, pharmacy, food access and
medical appointments until further notice.

 CitiBus has reduced available seating on buses to increase the physical distance
between riders in accordance with Department of Health guidelines.

 CitiBus will add additional buses and/or modify routes to accommodate the
reduced seating capacity on our buses as needed.

 Paratransit service is continuing to operate normally.

 We are continuing with our daily cleaning and disinfection process with
increased cleaning staff added. Please follow all personal hygiene guidelines by
washing hands frequently and containing coughs.

Please note, walk-in traffic has been prohibited at our CitiBus Office on Newell Street.

Most passenger transactions can be conducted on board the Buses.
