WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown is announcing that all New York State COVID-19 guidelines for the upcoming Fourth of July celebration in Thompson Park on July 1st have been lifted.
Under federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, attendees who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask. Please note that the City will not be screening for vaccinations and will rely on the honor system to meet the requirements of this federal guideline.
