WATERTOWN, NY — Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a one-vehicle accident at about 12:40 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, on Dry Hill Road between Boulder Ridge Road and Swan Road in the town of Watertown. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Town of Watertown Fire Department and Town of Watertown Ambulance.
