WATERTOWN, NY – The City of Watertown’s Water Department crews will be shutting the water off to complete the repair of the water line at the bridge on Arsenal Street.
The shut off will begin 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, and last the majority of the day.
Arsenal Street from North Orchard to Scio Street will be without water for the
duration of this project.
Local residents may have discolored water that will clear once hydrants are flushed.
