WATERTOWN, NY —Â An apartment building at 232 W. Main St. in Watertown has been sold for $945,000, according to documents filed Feb. 5 at the Jefferson County clerk’s office.
Watertown Assets, LLC, 26000 US Route 11, PMB 102, Evans Mills, sold the property to The Taylor Mansion, LLC, 10438 State Route 26, Carthage.
The property is assessed at $564,500, according to city records. The four-floor building built in 1950 was previously sold for $800,000 on Sept. 9, 2013, and $2,430,000 on July 27, 2007.
