WATERTOWN, NY —Â Shaun M. Bohn, 29, of 802 Franklin St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police 5:10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, at Sunoco, 610 State St., with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Bohn is accused of forcibly pushing a door open causing damage to a door frame and unlawfully entered the apartment of Albert H. Scott, 20, of 276 State St., Apt. 2B, at about 11:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
