Watertown man accused of damaging woman’s TVs, chimes

WATERTOWN, NY —  Colin S. Davis, 24, of 406 Stone St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at his residence with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Mr. Davis is accused of damaging a 50-inch Toshiba television, a 19-inch RCA television and a fairy with chimes belonging to Marta Miller, 29, at about 10:00 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at 309 Mill St., Apt. 406, according to court documents. Police listed the amount of damage at $598.99.

He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
