WATERTOWN, NY — Billy J. Simmons, 42, of 529 Emerson St., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies 9:07 p.m. Sept. 10 at 20408 Hadcock Road in the town of Watertown with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Simmons is accused of damaging the windshield and driver’s side window on a 2005 Ford Focus belonging to Holly C. Gagnon at about 11:10 p.m. Sept. 9 at 20408 Hadcock Road, according to court documents. Deputies listed the value of the damage at $629.99.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 8 in town of Watertown Court.
