Watertown man accused of entering residence, consuming soft drink

WATERTOWN, NY — Brandon J. Rockwell, 33, of 1003 Harrison St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:03 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at 1031 Huntington St. with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

He is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of 1031 Huntington St. and consumed a bottle of Dr. Pepper valued at approximately $2 from the homeowner’s refrigerator, according to court documents.

He was arraigned before Town of Watertown Justice Matthew J. Porter and released on his own recognizance pending an appearance Monday morning in City Court.
