WATERTOWN, NY —Â Storm M. Hickox, 28, of 108 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at his residence with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Hickox is accused of “stroking his exposed penis while standing on the front steps within a fenced in yard at 786 Lansing St.” with the intent of being observed by a 59-year-old woman, according to court documents. The date of the incident was not provided by police.
He is summoned to appear Nov. 18 in City Court.
