WATERTOWN, NY —Â Kevin T. Maguire, 31, of 17193 County Route 156, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:59 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Sunoco, 430 Factory St., with forcible touching, second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
He is accused of touching the intimate parts of a 56-year-old female victim at bout 10:35 a.m. Friday at Sunoco, 430 Factory St., according to court documents.
He was held for arraignment Friday afternoon in City Court.
