Watertown man accused of forcibly stealing $41 from another, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Isaiah M. DeCilles, 26, of 622 Bronson St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:53 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at his residence with third-degree robbery, a felony, and second-degree harassment.

Mr. DeCilles is accused of striking Joel R. Gillespie, 39, same address, in the left side of face with a hand and forcibly stole $41 in cash at about 8:48 p.m. Saturday at 622 Bronson St., according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in court.
