Watertown man accused of interfering with officers during arrest

WATERTOWN, NY —  Conner T. Collins, 23, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:51 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at 32 Maywood Terrace with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

He is accused of “approaching officers while affecting an arrest, and interfering with officers by yelling profanities and approaching officers in a threatening manner,” at about 9:51 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at 32 Maywood Terrace, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear June 29 in City Court.
