WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Travon T. Felton, 24, of 137 N. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:13 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Stewart’s, 229 N. Massey St., with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
He is accused of striking the windshield of a white 2007 Saturn Ion belonging to Eva Ballenger causing the glass to shatter at about 6:58 p.m. Wednesday at Stewart’s, 229 N. Massey St., according to court documents.
Mr. Felton is also accused of striking Joshua L. Ballenger, 21, multiple times with closed fists during the same incident, police said.
He is summoned to appear Jan. 8 in City Court.
