WATERTOWN, NY —Â Bannon J. Galluccio, 37, of 845 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:28 p.m. Monday, June 29, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
He is accused of repeatedly punching Kristin M. McGee, 25, Watertown, in her face with his fist causing her to lose consciousness and sustain a concussion at about 4:52 a.m. March 15 at 845 W. Main St., police said.
Mr. Galluccio is summoned to appear Sept. 30 in City Court.
