WATERTOWN, NY — Randall J. Bell, 48, of 722 W. Main St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:36 p.m. Saturday, May 9, in the 300 block of Washington Street with petit larceny.
Mr. Bell is accused of stealing a Premier Value instant ice pack valued at $3.69 at about 10:03 a.m. Jan. 28 at Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., police said.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 10 in City Court.
