WATERTOWN, NY — Angel F. McCroy, 34, of 1351 Sherman St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:17 p.m. Monday, June 10, at his residence with second-degree harassment.
Mr. McCroy is accused of spitting on the face of a 56-year-old woman at Watertown Urgent Care, 457 Gaffney Dr., at about 5:30 p.m. May 28, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
