Watertown man accused of threatening another with steak knife

WATERTOWN, NY —  Terry L. Gebo, 59, of 535 Emerson St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:13 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at 204 Factory St. with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

Mr. Gebo is accused of brandishing a steak knife and swung the knife at Henry R. Carter, 36, several times at about 6:00 p.m. Saturday at 535 Emerson St., according to court documents. He is also accused of punching Mr. Carter several times in his face with a closed fist causing a cut to his face, police said.

He was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in town of Watertown Court.
