Watertown man accused of threatening family member with butter knife, police say

WATERTOWN, NYStorm M. Hickox, 26, of 108 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:20 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at 108 Creekwood Dr. with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing.

He is accused of approaching Seth D. Hickox, 28, with a butter knife in his hand and stated he would stab him in the neck during a domestic incident at about 6:05 p.m. Monday at 108 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 5, according to court documents. He was previously convicted of a crime on Sept. 16, 2016, in Adams Town Court, police said.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
