WATERTOWN, NY — Dylan J. Ubriaco, 18, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1701, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, March 24, in the 200 block of E. Division Street with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
He is accused of displaying a pocket knife with the blade open and threaten to stab Brittany A. Wilson, 25, at about 7:26 p.m. Sunday at 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1305, police said.
He is summoned to appear April 10 in City Court.
