Watertown man accused of threatening two other men with wooden baseball bat

WATERTOWN, NY —  Jordan C. Pierce, 35, of 133 S. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:14 a.m. Monday, May 11, at 629 Lansing St. with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and two counts of second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

Mr. Pierce is accused of possessing a wooden baseball bat and pointed it at Terry Sprague Jr. and Trevor Jones while threatening to hit them with it at about 12:11 a.m. Monday at 629 Lansing St., according to court documents.

He was previously convicted of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 27, 2020 in Jefferson County Court, police said.

He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in court.
