WATERTOWN, NY — Shane T. Casselman, 21, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 47, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:14 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, at 232 W. Main St. with second-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.
He is accused of displaying a knife and placing it to the neck of Daytona Moegelin, 20, during a domestic incident at about 7:36 p.m. Sunday at 232 W. Main St., Apt. 47, according to court documents. He also allegedly stood in a hallway, pushed her back, and did not allow her to leave the apartment, police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
