Watertown man accused of trespassing, punching hole in wall at apartment

WATERTOWN, NY —   Jesse R. Davis, 24, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 24, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:22 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Davis is accused of entering the apartment of Michael Dickson, 31, of 276 State St., Apt. 2B, without permission at about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 2, according to court documents. He is also accused of punching a hole in a living room wall in the apartment during the incident, police said.

He is summoned to appear Feb. 27 in City Court.
