WATERTOWN, NY — Joshua J. Bremner, 29, of 201 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:09 p.m. Sunday, June 23, at 201 Creekwood Dr., with second-degree criminal contempt.
Mr. Bremner is accused of violating the terms of a City Court stay-away order of protection when he was located inside the residence of the protected party, Rae Bremner, 49, during an unrelated complaint at about 9:47 p.m. Sunday, June 23, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
