Watertown man accused of violating order of protection, breaking coffee pot

WATERTOWN, NY —   Henry Arencibia, 35, of 19226 US Route 11, Apt. 15, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:08 p.m. Sunday, March 29, in the 700 block of Nellis Street with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

He is accused of violating the terms of a City Court stay-away order of protection when he entered the home of the two protected parties at about 5:46 p.m. Sunday at 700 Nellis St., according to court documents. Police also allege he threw a coffee pot into a sink causing it to break.

He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning at the Jefferson County Court complex.
