WATERTOWN, NY — Daniel L. Rivers, 27, of 1000 Huntington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:13 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at 524 Frontenac St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
He is accused of violating the terms of a City Court stay-away order of protection at about 6:13 p.m. Saturday at 524 Frontenac St., police said.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
