WATERTOWN, NY — Thomas H. Tibbles, 44, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 31A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:11 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at 232 W. Main St. with second-degree criminal trespass.
He is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Seth A. LaBarge, 521 Jefferson St., without permission at about 9:40 p.m. Thursday, police said.
Mr. Tibbles is summoned to appear May 22 in City Court.
