WATERTOWN, NY — Joshua L. Concepcion, 23, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 651-B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at 207 Wealtha Ave. with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
He is accused of punching Austin Moyer, 24, in his face causing a broken nose during a physical altercation in the the J.B. Wise parking lot at about 1:25 a.m. March 10, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear April 17 in City Court.
